American Heart Association honors GMC with three awards for outstanding achievements in patient care
Gwinnett Medical Center (GMC) announced today it has been recognized by The American Heart Association for its world-class care for heart attack and stroke patients.
The Atlanta Heart Walk (3.1 miles) will take place on Saturday, September 24th, 2016 at Centennial Olympic Park.
GMC is the first hospital in Georgia to receive Gold Plus recognition
Lawrenceville, Ga. – Gwinnett Medical Center (GMC) was recognized with an American Heart Association Mission: Lifeline® Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award. The award recognizes GMC’s success in implementing the highest standard of care for heart attack patients. And GMC is the first hospital in Georgia to receive the Gold Plus performance distinction.
