Duluth, Georgia (June 21, 2017) Forty leaders have been selected to Leadership Gwinnett Class of 2018, Gwinnett’s premiere and most sustained community leadership program for business, civic, and community leaders. This 33rd class will delve into the many sectors of Gwinnett – infrastructure, economics, education, health and human services, justice, and regional relations.
DULUTH, GA – Forty community leaders graduated from the prestigious Leadership Gwinnett program in May. This group not only completed the nine-month program requirement, they also coordinated a campaign to donate nearly $10,000 to the Leadership Gwinnett Scholarship Fund.
Grayson – On October 3, 2016, a student youth group consisting of 24 sophomores and juniors met in Grayson to begin an experience that is meant to develop leaders through community and civic involvement with hands-on opportunities for service.
Summertime, for most high school students, means lounging by the pool with friends, trips to the beach or lake, and waking up late.
Established in 1985, Leadership Gwinnett has been the premier resource for developing community leaders in Gwinnett and the surrounding region. Nearly 1,000 influential leaders have graduated over the past 30 years and they are found in every corner of Gwinnett volunteering their time, talent and treasure to local causes.
ATLANTA –21st Century Leaders , a local non-profit leadership development organization for Georgia high school students, welcomes 74 students to Emory University Goizueta Business School for its Summer Youth Leadership Institute.
