Gerald Franklin Johnson age 92 of Snellville, GA, passed away Monday, April 17, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Glenn and Ona Edith (Lowe) Johnson; granddaughter, Heather Nicole Johnson; sister, Margaret Davis; sister and brother in law, Robert and Joyce Hoeflinger.
Charles Max Mount, Sr., age 75 of Lawrenceville passed away Mon., July 18, 2016. Max is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jean Mount; daughter and son in law, Starla and Andrew David; sons and daughter in law, Max Mount, Jr., and Marc and Pam Mount; 1 sister, Teresa Harrison; 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandson.

Mr. Billy L. Roberts, age 75, of Lawrenceville, passed away July 23, 2016. He grew up in Augusta, son of the late Hershell and Veona Smoak Roberts. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Billy was a millwright and an electrician, and he enjoyed fishing.
Famous American writer Joseph Campbell once wrote, “A hero is someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself.” In my opinion, this is the perfect definition of all the veterans who have so courageously served our great nation.
Rodney Camren wasn’t just a friend of mine; he was a friend of everyone. Strangers didn’t exist in Rodney’s world.
