Gwinnett Animal Welfare and Enforcement last month received a Lifesaving Award for Collective Impact from Best Friends Animal Society, a national no-kill animal welfare organization.
For the third year, Gwinnett Animal Welfare and Enforcement will join shelters and rescues across the nation to find homes for shelter pets as part of the Clear the Shelters adoption drive.
Gwinnett Animal Welfare will host IndePETdence Week July 1 through July 6 with $4 adoption fees.
A black-tie optional event to benefit Gwinnett Animal Welfare featuring casino type games will be held at George Pierce Park Community Recreation Center on Feb. 22 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The event is in partnership with Suwanee Animal Hospital.
