Annual Memorial Day Ceremony Honors Gwinnett’s Military, Law Enforcement Heroes

Lawrenceville– Gwinnett County officials will honor Spc. Etienne Jules Murphy of Snellville during the 15th annual Memorial Day ceremony on Monday, May 28 at 1 p.m. at the Gwinnett Fallen Heroes Memorial in Lawrenceville. Murphy was killed May 26, 2017, in a vehicle rollover in Syria as part of Operation Inherent Resolve fighting ISIS.

SAN DIEGO (April 23, 2014) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Equipment) Airman Malikia Greene, from Dacula, Ga., tightens a clamp on an arresting gearwire aboard aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Ronald Reagan is currently moored and homeported at Naval Base Coronado.
