Downtown Norcross’ Holcomb Bridge Road Railroad Crossing to See Improvements Beginning on February 18

Project to allow for safer vehicular crossing over railroad tracks, drives urged to drive safely

The City of Norcross would like to notify residents and visitors that the Gwinnett County Department of Transportation will begin preliminary work for the Holcomb Bridge Road Railroad Crossing Improvement Project. Upon completion of preliminary work, road closures are projected to begin in late February to allow for major grading and other work.

Norcross Art Splash is now Norcross Art Splash & Wine Festival

Norcross – Norcross Art Splash, always filled with whimsical and fun art, has a new feature this fall that is sure to tantalize the crowds. The 15th annual art celebration, now called Norcross Art Splash & Wine Festival, will showcase an outdoor wine tasting venue which highlights 60 wines “from around the world.” Cindy Flynn, one of the Art Splash & Wine Festival’s producers laughs, “Art buyers love wine, and wine drinkers love to buy art.”

The City of Norcross will host its annual holiday celebration, 'Sparkle! A Celebration of Kids, Creativity and Magic', which includes carriage rides, photos with Santa, a Christmas tree lighting in the park, holiday entertainment and more starting on December 1.

Norcross – The City of Norcross will host its annual holiday celebration, ‘Sparkle! A Celebration of Kids, Creativity and Magic’, which includes carriage rides, photos with Santa, a Christmas tree lighting in the park, holiday entertainment and more starting on December 1.  

Italian Car Day, held on Saturday, October 14 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. in Lillian Webb Park, includes a car show with marque awards, a raffle and silent auction, Italian new car dealer demos and vendor merchandise on display.

Norcross Art Splash, now in its 14th year, will return to historic downtown on October 7 and 8, 2017. The festivities will run from October 7 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and October 8 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
