On Saturday, July 23, 2016, the Lawrenceville Youth Association (LYA) football and cheer programs kicked off their 2016 season by hosting a community gathering and cook-out at Rhodes Jordan Park.

Robert Baroni Receives ‘Lifetime Service’ Award
Lawrenceville – Former Lawrenceville City Manager Robert “Bob” Baroni received the Lifetime Service Award from the Georgia Municipal Association (GMA) in recognition of his 42 years of service to the city.
