Lilburn Woman’s Club Save the Date

The Lilburn Woman’s Club is pleased to announce the date of their 4th annual Behind the Garden Gate Garden Tour on Saturday, May 13, 2017, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The Pioneer Garden is framed in wagon wheels. This garden is designed to enhance students’ understanding of Westward Expansion. German and Joselyn, Garden Club members, just finished planting egglants.

Knight Elementary Teaching Garden joins Lilburn Garden Tour

The GFWC Lilburn Woman’s Club is delighted to announce the addition of the Knight Elementary School Teaching Garden to our 3rd annual “Behind the Garden Gate” tour of Lilburn area gardens on Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 9am to 3pm.

April, 2016 is Child Abuse Prevention Month in Lilburn

Nancy Chilcoat and Linda Newton of the Lilburn Woman’s Club recently received a proclamation from Lilburn Mayor Crist declaring April, 2016, Child Abuse Prevention Month in Lilburn.

The Lilburn Woman’s Club is part of the largest women’s club in the world – the International Federation of Women’s Club (GFWC).

Local Odyssey of the Mind Team moves onto World Competition

When Lilburn Woman’s Club Education Co-Chairmen Karen Snavely (far left) and Jeannie Schweck (far right) agreed to sponsor Trickum Middle School’s Odyssey of the Mind Team, they had no idea that these talented local Lilburn area girls would catapult themselves into the World Competition taking place in Iowa this summer.
