On November 16, Eastside Medical Center honored American Education Week with the installation of a G.R.E.A.T. Little Minds book exchange at their main campus hospital located at 1700 Medical Way in Snellville.
“He that loves reading has everything within his reach”, a quote by journalist/writer, William Godwin. I developed a love of reading as a young child and reading a good book remains one of my favorite pastimes.
Our fabulous dedicated volunteers from the GFWC Lilburn Woman’s Club (LWC) Education Program are bringing back the Little Free Library to Lilburn this summer. Bring a book, read a book and then return a book (or multiples) to encourage reading and fight illiteracy in our community.
