Mill Creek High School produced one of the best yearbooks of the year according to the Printing Industries of America. The school received a 2019 Premier Print Award Certificate of Merit for outstanding achievement in the production of its 2019 Accipiter yearbook.

March is bittersweet as photographically we begin to wrap up the school year. This is often when we start to realize that many of the kids we began photographing as sweet kindergarteners are actually graduating high school and moving onto exciting new adventures.
On Tuesday, April 12th during a special presentation, Maggie Wincek of Mill Creek High School in Hoschton, Georgia, was named the winner of the Senior Division of The ArtEffect Project – an international competition for students in grades 6-12 hosted by the Lowell Milken Center for Unsung Heroes (LMC), located in Fort Scott, Kansas.
Finally, the day for which everyone has been preparing has arrived. All the weights lifted, the gassers run, and sweat drenched t-shirts have led to this moment. The stadium seats are filled with screaming fans as the beat from the drum section of the band pounds through the air.
