AARP DEFENSIVE SMART DRIVER COURSE

Learn defensive driving techniques and how to compensate for age-related changes in vision, hearing, and reaction time. Cost is $15 for AARP members and $20 for nonmembers. Pay at the door. Please bring a bag lunch.

Duluth –Duluth’s award-winning Halloween event, Howl on the Green, returns with a show-stopping, heart pumping, thrill-seeking performance by the one and only L.E.D. Luminosity Entertainment Division. The event will take place on Duluth Town Green on October 27th.

Real men wear pink

October is Breast Cancer Month and several concerned men in Gwinnett are looking “pretty in pink” to show their support. They are doing it by joining efforts with Real Men Wear Pink to raise awareness and funds for the 2016 American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (MSABC).
