Improvements to Busy Peachtree Corners Intersection Slated for 2019

Gwinnett County and the City will partner on the project
Relief is on the way for residents and commuters who regularly navigate the intersection of Medlock Bridge and Bush roads. Improvements for this busy intersection, in which over 25,000 vehicles pass daily, is expected to begin as early as spring 2019.

Waze and City of Peachtree Corners Partner to Monitor Traffic, Provide Alerts

The navigation platform is designed to help motorists navigate traffic congestion

The city of Peachtree Corners is partnering with Waze, a navigation platform creating community on and off the road, to alert local motorists of traffic updates, road-construction news, street closures and more in an effort to help reduce vehicle congestion.

Popular Cuban-American Restaurant Opens New Location in Peachtree Corners

PEACHTREE CORNER – A decade ago Peachtree Corners residents Luis and Yanin Fernandez opened Mojitos, a Cuban-American restaurant in downtown Norcross. The eatery was so successful, the couple decided it was time to expand and chose space in The Forum in Peachtree Corners for their second Mojitos.

Sam Wehunt, a Deacon at Shiloh Baptist Church in Peachtree Corners, proudly walks through the sanctuary of the church, telling stories about the structure and its features. There’s likely no one better to share the church’s history; Wehunt has spent 45 years of his life documenting ancestry and the history of his home church. The research and Shiloh Baptist Church are his passion.
