5 questions to ask a realtor before they…SELL YOUR HOME

Statistics show that most sellers and buyers only interview one agent, usually the one friends and family have referred to them.  This is great if they have a good reputation and have done good work from the referral sending them to you.

Home pricing & sale prediction for 2015 – good news for buyers!

Over the year of 2014 the steady rise of home prices shows that consumer confidence is up. As I write this shows the lowest gas prices (2.59 a gallon) we have seen in years being in Lawrenceville at the Shell Station on Sugarloaf Parkway and Old Norcross Rd.   Thanksgiving just ended and Gray Thursday, Black Friday, American Express Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday are all looking like big shopping holidays.

“The prettiest sight to see is the holly that will be on your own front door”

Oh December with your holiday parties, shopping, gift giving and places to be for this month in Gwinnett County!  This is one of the busiest times and probably one of the most fun times of the year.  Of course by now you should have gotten that live Christmas tree and if you haven’t I am sure Randy’s Nursery on highway 29 still has a few left for you.  I am told David at Randy’s Nursery has “the sturdy kind that doesn’t mind the snow.”

The New Lawrenceville Spring Green Festival raised $10,000, which was donated to Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation toward the purchase of a dedicated NICU Ambulance on April 8, 2014.

New Lawrenceville Power of local community

Never underestimate the power of a local community – and the small American Business owner

“It was President Harry Truman who said if you don’t know where you have been, then you don’t know where you are going”. Mary Frazier Long has many quotes on the New Lawrenceville Trolley Tours and many stories about the City of Lawrenceville’s past. Our community trolley tours started six years ago. In our groups efforts of “Bringing Community Together” we wanted to do more than just be a networking group.
