Gwinnett Dermatology, PC is exceptionally proud of the continued growth in our practice. Last year, we celebrated our 40-year milestone providing dermatology services to the communities of Snellville, Braselton, and Loganville!
Who would have ever believed it? I was a 32-year-old nurse, very pregnant with my second child and a bit concerned when the Plastic Surgery team of Dianne Leeb, MD and B.A. Pihl (who happened to be husband and wife) sat me down to let me know they had decided to retire. My dream job with these two incredible physicians and our awesome staff was coming to an end, and I was heartbroken.

Dr. Ben Abraham and his highly trained medical staff have nearly 50 years of combined experience serving patients of all ages. Their comprehensive medical services list includes everything from cosmetic skin treatments to internal, disease management options.
Ben Abraham, DO, CMD
Dr. Ben Abraham is Board Certified in Family and Geriatric Medicine. After receiving his medical degree at the Georgia Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he continued his post-doctoral training at Metro Health Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. Dr. Abraham opened his private practice in 1982. Dr. Abraham also sees patients at New London Nursing Home, where he serves as the Medical Director, and at Scepter Nursing Home. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Practice, the American Geriatric Society, the Georgia Osteopathic Medical Association, the American Medical Directors Association, the Christian Medical and Dental Society, and the Southern Medical Association. In 2004, Dr. Abraham expanded his practice to include cosmetic services such as: (IPL) Intense Pulse Light hair removal, Skin rejuvenation, Botox® wrinkle reduction, Restylane® and Radiesse® facial filler, radiofrequency body sculpting, and radiofrequency for removal of small lesions. In his free-time, Dr. Abraham enjoys working in the foreign mission field through trips to Russia, Tanzania, Argentina, China, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela to name a few.
Patricia Barrington, DO
Dr. Patricia Barrington is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is a registered dietitian. She joined Dr. B. Abraham, P.C. in 2004. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma, she continued her education at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. Subsequently, she completed her internship program at Dallas-Fort Worth Medical Center. Dr. Barrington is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Georgia Osteopathic Medical Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the Baptist Medical/Dental Fellowship. Dr. Barrington shares Dr. Abraham’s commitment to the mission fields of the world.
Neil Bronaugh, PA-c
Neil is Certified as a Physician Assistant. He joined Dr. B. Abraham, P.C. in 2011. Neil received a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants. In addition to seeing patients at the office, Neil has joined Dr. Abraham in Nursing Home Rotations at Scepter Nursing Home where he can serve the elderly in our community.
Dianne Sheintal, PA-c
Dianne is Certified as a Physician Assistant. She joined Dr. B. Abraham, P.C. in 2006. Dianne received her Bachelor of Science in Radiological Health and her Bachelor of Medical Science from Emory University. While at Emory, she worked in the university’s Hypertension Research Center and acted as the Lead Clinician on their Women’s health Initiative and Women’s Health Trial. Dianne is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants. In addition to seeing patients at the office, Dianne enjoys serving in the foreign mission field through trips to West Africa, Romania, and Honduras.
Christie Wells, PA-c
Christie is Certified as a Physician Assistant. She joined Dr. B. Abraham, P.C. in 2012. Christie received her Bachelor of Science in biology from Furman University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistants Studies from the Medical College of Georgia. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants. Christie has joined Dr. Abraham in Nursing Home Rotations at New London Nursing Home. She also enjoys serving in the foreign mission field through trips to Senegal, Russia, and Peru.
Stephanie Tiv, PA-c
Stephanie is Certified as a Physician Assistant and is the newest provider in our practice. She joined Dr. B. Abraham, P.C. in May of 2013. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants. Stephanie particularly enjoys pediatrics and dermatology.
