As we all know by now, there are only so many hours in the day. But that doesn’t seem to stop most of us from trying to squeeze in a crazy number of to-dos anyway.
First, I would like to thank Gwinnett Citizen for allowing me to use this platform to share some of my encounters with caregivers that I hope will reach other caregivers going through the same feelings and alleviate some of the guilt caregivers often feel.
Every year we set huge goals as our New Year’s resolutions, only to crash and quit a few days or weeks into the year. So, instead of these massive resolutions that only lead to frustration, why not try these five small steps each day? They’re easy to remember, take no special equipment, and will keep you on a steady path to good health.
