Jail dogs to be featured at Farmers’ Market

SNELLVILLE – People coming to the city’s nationally acclaimed Farmers’ Market may go home with more than a dozen ears of corn and a basket of tomatoes. For the second year, market organizers are teaming up with Operation Second Chance, an organization that places dogs and cats cared for by Gwinnett County Jail inmates with new owners.
