Scott “Scotty” Duncan is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate and Banking Group of Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C. and an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at Georgia Gwinnett College. Scotty focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions and development, secured lending (including acquisition and development, construction and permanent loans), and commercial leasing.
