Michele possess 10 years of experience in store operations and customer service within a retail environment. From 2003-2013 Michele was a leader of the customer service team for a national retail pharmacy chain in Lilburn. She was involved in providing direct support to the customer. It’s from this experience that Michele derives her passion for providing unparalleled customer service and cherishes the interactions with each and every customer.
Esther began working in retail pharmacy in 1988 and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University in 1998. She has worked in various retail pharmacy environments including a compounding-only pharmacy. Esther has 12 years of experience as a pharmacy manager. “I love getting to know my customers and their families,” says Truitt. “Being a trusted member of their medical team is a responsibility I never take for granted.”
What makes this pharmacy unique is their dedication to customer service. Their goal is to provide customers with a personal experience. They’ll achieve this by providing education, counseling, and custom-compounded medication tailored to the need of the patient. They have a large selection of over-the-counter medications, medical devices and treatment supplies. “If we don’t have what you need, we have several resources to order it,” says Dalton. “Most items ship overnight.”

There’s a good reason why family is in the name, it’s been a family project. From conception to demolition to stocking shelves much of the work has been done by the owner’s families. Eastside Family Pharmacy is located at 1795 Presidential Circle, Snellville adjacent to Eastside Medical Center. They had a soft opening on September 17th and will host a grand opening on October 23rd. The pharmacy is open 9am-7pm Monday-Friday and 10am-2pm Saturdays and will be closed Sundays and holidays.
