•Social awareness – You can understand the emotions, needs, and concerns of others, recognize emotional cues, feel comfortable socially, and recognize the power dynamics in a group setting.
•Relationship management – You know how to make and maintain good relationships, communicate concisely, inspire, lead and influence others, work well on a team, and manage conflicts.
