I would also like to take this time to say THANK YOU so much to all of you for all of the positive feedback and praise I’ve received for my articles during the past year. Writing is such a passion of mine, and I cannot thank Auveed Cawthon and the Gwinnett Citizen enough for allowing me to fulfill this wonderful opportunity. The Gwinnett Citizen is such a great newspaper for Gwinnett County; I have always looked forward to when the paper comes out every month.
On another note, I cannot believe that it is already May, and the END of school is near (and for many of us, graduation time!!). This is one of the best times of the year- summer is just around the corner. I hope that all of you are going to have a great summer full of many fun things to do. Make sure you take advantage of as much of this gorgeous warm weather as you can. I love summertime. I love the sun, the lake, the beach…everything. There is nothing better than the feeling of freedom in the summer. When I am out of school and stress-free, I feel so at peace, and everyone needs as little stress as possible. Remember to use this upcoming summer as an opportunity to just relax and simply enjoy the little things in life that make you happy.
