“We are particularly excited about this event as Lawrenceville continues to establish itself as an essential location for food enthusiasts to gather and dine,” said Chuck Warbington, City Manager. “The City will host this event in partnership with two of the many wonderful restaurants located in our downtown area.”
Lawrenceville’s Oktoberfest event will feature live performances by local artists Crane, Davin McCoy, and Scotty Cram & Kyle Seitz as well as engaging fall-themed games, activities and prizes. Staying true to the Oktoberfest theme, guests will be privy to a variety of craft and domestic beers, including event sponsor, Spatenbrau Beer.
“The ultimate goal for Oktoberfest is to build on that sense of community amongst the restaurants on the Downtown Square and create an experience in Lawrenceville that is unique from what we are seeing in the surrounding cities,” said Chris Collin, Local Republic. “We are also very excited as the event will take place on Perry Street right in front of our new Local Republic location, as well as McCray’s Tavern.”
