Leadership Gwinnett announces new foundation board member

Leadership Gwinnett has announced that Dr. Shenila Hill-Rodriguez, Director, Program Management of Fiserv, Inc. was appointed to the organization’s foundation board of directors.

“Shenila has extraordinary business and organizational development experience, and we are delighted that she is joining Leadership Gwinnett’s team of directors,” said T. Michael Tennant, Leadership Gwinnett Foundation Board Chairman.

Hill-Rodriguez currently serves as Director, Program Management with Fiserv, Inc., a leading global provider of information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry.

Hill-Rodriguez’s corporate career spans 25 years with various leadership roles at BellSouth, Travelport, and Fiserv.  She is a certified Project Management Professional, a member of the Academy of Management, the Project Management Institute, Women in Technology, Technology Association of Georgia, and the National Council of Negro Women.  As an active member of the Gwinnett County Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Hill-Rodriguez has served as Committee Chair, Secretary, First Vice President and President.

She received a bachelor of science in mathematics from John C. Smith University, a master’s degree in technology management from Mercer University and a doctor of philosophy, organization and management with a specialization in leadership from Capella University.
